UTM Child Care Centre
There has been a delay in the establishment of an on-campus licensed
child care centre at U of T Mississauga, which was anticipated to open
in 2007-08. U of T remains committed to providing a licensed child care
facility on each campus for students, staff and faculty, and is
reviewing options to identify a U of T Mississauga facility that is best
suited to this service.
In the mean time, the university is assisting the campus' student unions
in extending their operation of a child minding service through the end
of the academic year, and U of T’s Family Care Office continues to offer
information, guidance and resources on child care options to students,
faculty and staff.
